Season's Change

Another optometry preceptorship has ended.  No more 30 - 45 minute commute for James.  No more dealing with city traffic.  Yay!

We move tomorrow.  I can't believe it's time to move, again... again.

This was our view in our new apartment, in Beaverton, in the middle of August.

This was our view, the end of Sept./beginning of October.

And this was our view today, our last day here.

The season certainly has changed while we were here.  I enjoyed watching the change come to these trees, through our patio window.

There are many aspects of Beaverton and city living that we will miss, but we're super excited for our next rotation.  We'll be close to family!  Wonder what that's like.  We've never lived in the same town as other family members before.  We are really looking forward to it.

I'll keep you posted.

Enjoy your next rotation. We are excited for you and look forward to your posts and new discoveries in Douglas County. Enjoy family too. As the holidays get closer the idea of not seeing children and grandchildren seems strange and sad. Keep sharing the photos and good luck on your move TODAY!
